Leaderboards answer which model scores highest. negging answers what a new model is, what it is for, and whether you should use it instead of the one you already have.
The directory is the OpenRouter catalog, including decision models, embeddings, image, video, speech, and rerankers. Those only show up if you ask for every output type, so that is what the sync does.
Explainers are written here and reviewed before they go on a model page. Specs on the page are the live listing. When the prose quotes a price, it says the date.
